This person, named Hannes Coetzee, is a guitarist from South Africa. His unique playing style using the spoon-in-mouth-to-play-slide-guitar technique is called optel and knyp.

Oscar Peterson doing a piano solo in a concert held in Japan back in 1983. I believe that's the same concert as the one where he plays "Alice In Wonderland".

He totally swings even without any accompaniment by the bass player or the drummer. Truly a legend.
